[Ilia facepalms at the plastic bag. What has she just gotten herself into?]
We can share my umbrella. That's not going to keep you remotely dry. And I really don't want someone choking on my watch.
[Ilia begins opening her umbrella as they make it to the door. She holds it up as soon as they leave the building. It barely holds up against the downpour, but it holds, nonetheless.]
Works for me. Let's just hope we don't get squashed.
Sure it will! It's just like those cheap plastic ponchos, right? [Except those cheap plastic ponchos are made explicitly for that purpose, while her cheap plastic bag is already torn for a hole for the head and likely to let all the rain in even if it doesn't develop more holes.] But if you insist...
[She can't help but privately think that the plastic bag would stand up better in this downpour, but she's not going to press the point as long as the umbrella stays rightside-up. At least the music is much louder out here.]
It's still playing, at least! Which way do you think it's coming from?
[How has this person survived for so long?? Ilia hardly fathoms it.]
Hmmm... hard to tell over the sound of the rain, but I can still hear it, yeah. [She holds up a finger to keep quiet a moment as she listens, trying to determine where the sound is coming from. Difficult to determine, with all the noise, but she points in a direction eventually.] Think it's coming from what way. What do you think?
[At least Tuuri stops talking to listen with her, closing her eyes to try to pinpoint the sound better. Eyes shut, she points tentatively in what she thinks is the right direction; when she opens them, they're pointing more or less the same way.] Hee, that settles it, I think!
[It's hard to see through the rain, but it looks like they're heading towards the forest.] Do you have a flashlight? I have my phone, but I don't think it'd be much help in all this, haha...
